We have implemented a stringent quality control program through formal training of QA management and the development of a written QA manual. Inline and final inspections are performed to a level 1 AQL 2.5% standard.
We have a well-established design and sample department. Pattern generation and grading are computerised.
Our sample room has the ability to develop samples from CADs, photographs, diagrams or specs.
The average sampling time is 5-7 days.
